Samyang has processed its most advanced optical technology in the lens. The lens features 18 glass lens elements in 14 groups, including four different special glass types: two aspherical lenses, one hybrid aspherical lens parts, two extra-low dispersion lenses and one high-refractive lens. This structure makes for a very impressive image quality from the center to the corners of the image.
