How to order
The Internet ordering can be done 24 hours a day, all days in a year. The consumer chooses and orders products, available in the online store and ranked in categories.
Once his order is submitted, the buyer receives the electronic notification about the receipt of his order. It states all the products and quantities, chosen by the buyer. The buyer can always access to the detailed data about the status and contents of his order in the online store in My Account button.
The buyer shall inform the supplier of goods about the eventual change of order, respectively, the cancellation of order, by sending a message to email@example.com
, in which he has to state the number of purchase, mentioned in the electronic message, confirming the receipt of order.
The provider of products packages the goods discreetly within the said time limit, forwards it, and informs the buyer about forwarding. In the said electronic message the provider of products advises the buyer about the policy of returning the goods, who the buyer may contact in the case of the late delivery, and who he can address his claim to.
